Pleasley Pit Trust is looking for a dynamic Development Worker to help shape our future. Based at our historic colliery site and vibrant visitor centre, this exciting new role will play a key part in building partnerships, generating income, and creating inspiring opportunities for volunteers and visitors.
You’ll be:
✅ Developing new events and activities to bring our heritage to life
✅ Growing income streams to ensure a sustainable future for the Trust
✅ Reaching out to local communities, including those who don’t yet know us
✅ Supporting and celebrating our amazing volunteer team
✅ Helping us connect people with heritage, nature, and wellbeing
We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Pro-active, creative and a natural relationship-builder
✨ Organised with experience of project delivery or community engagement
✨ Excited by the chance to help shape a charity’s growth and sustainability
